  1. When you remove a file from quarantine, it is not automatically whitelisted. You will either need to exclude the file manually, or wait until the file is detected again, and then choose to ignore the file which will add it to your exclusion list
  2. The Malwarebytes license server is being blocked in your hosts file, you will need to remove the following entry to allow the product to work properly. Hosts: keystone.mwbsys.com

  9. Not quite. Please open the Support Tool and then click Advanced -> Gather Logs. This will create a zip file on your desktop. Then upload that zip file.

  11. If you open the Malwarebytes Extension, there's an option to disable ad-blocking. Although personal preference, I tend to just leave websites that require me to disable my ad-blocker
  12. We would need logs from 3.6. You don't need to manually run FRST, just let the Support Tool run what it can, if FRST fails, we can worry about that once we get a set of logs.

  15. It looks like the majority of mb-clean worked, that tool wasn't written for x64 XP either but I was hoping it might help out. I would recommend rebooting and attempting to install 3.5.1 again (https://downloads.malwarebytes.com/file/mb3_legacy)

  17. Thanks for the report. We were only blocking the CBS News URL shortener, not their main site. I've now whitelisted the URL shortener (cbsn.ws), and it should update within a few hours
  18. Can you open the Chrome developer console (Settings -> More Tools -> Developer Tools) before you login. Then login. Once the suspicious activity warning happens, go back to the console and take a screenshot. As for why you get that message about "Get Malwarebytes premium", the extension isn't able to query if you have Malwarebytes installed or not so we have that message.
  19. Can you grab the logs mentioned by the bot above please? The logs you provided are from our outdated log collection tool and is missing a lot of the stuff that has been added to Malwarebytes.
  20. Thanks for the lengthy feedback. The good news is that in our latest version, if a scan is running, it will actually keep the computer awake and not let it sleep mid-scan. We are still looking at options for waking up the computer to force a scan if one is scheduled while it's sleeping.
  21. I don't see the block you're seeing, do you only see this after you login?
