Sorry for the long delay! I did a boot scan before reinstalling Chrome; I have many huge files. I think the problem is gone...at least the message re: option to add site to exclusions is gone. I have had no pop-ups this afternoon. Thank you for your time and expertise! kristin

Hello, I sent the fixlog text but, I don't think this is over yet... I noticed once again a strange option: "Add (re.directrev.com) to Web Exclusions" is an option when I right click on the Malwarebytes program icon in my Windows toolbar. Is this normal??

Hi, Would appreciate help with this pup infection that recurs and is not detected by Malwarebytes scan. This morning I noticed that "Add (www.isanalyze.com) to Web Exclusions" is an option when I right click on the Malwarebytes program icon in my Windows toolbar.
