Its not just chrome that has this problem. On my mozilla firefox and internet explorer and Microsoft edge they all experience the same problem on both my phone and my laptop. I do sync my chrome on my laptop to my device and I also USB connect my phone to the same laptop

[ sorry for replying so late] I restarted my browers and went through the process of reinstalling my add-ons and such when i found the problem still persists. Even when the internet is off the popup still tries to redirect me and my phone has been infected as well at this point. When i used my phone i found that blocking javascript stops the virus from working.

im having a very weird form of redirect virus (page name appears to change several times before the ad pops up unwarranted all the timein several websites that are commonly used but not all )which is taking place on all of my installed browsers. Reinstalling any won't help and this happens across every internet connection i use and even tries to pop up happen when im disconnected . any help would be greatly appreciated. 

 

I tried full scanning using Malwarebytes, Windows Defender, Kaspersky's Toolkit scanner tool, and no threats were found.

im having a very weird form of redirect virus (page name appears to be GOAC before the redirect happens) which is taking place on all of my installed browsers. Reinstalling any won't help. any help would be greatly appreciated.
