I downloaded mbarw.exe to a USB stick, and re-installed Anti-Ransomware to it's default folder under Programs. It was unable to stop one service (mb3.exe service), but installed anyway. It now seems to be working correctly.

Anti-ransomware won't open, and I can't uninstall it from Windows. When I try, I get the message "unins000.dat does not exist"
