  1. Did the uninstall/reinstall and rebooted once or twice. Got a database update then. Anything else to do? Did not go to clean boot step, reasonable to assume we are done? Am hopeful updates will continue. Thank you for the tips!
  2. Ran the scans, logs attached. Sophos Virus Removal Tool reported computer as clean, 0 threats found. Malwarebytes Anti-Malware still "unable to access database server" / "no update available". More ideas? Fixlog.txt Zemana AntiMalware Report 2016.09.14-17.29.35-i0-t4294967295-d39.txt JRT.txt
  3. I have rebooted the system as user a couple of times, as admin a couple of times, checking to see if the database update would work. Still same messages sometimes unavailable database and sometimes cannot access server. I have rerun all the scans and attached them so maybe you can tell if rebooting did something. Any more ideas? 4. Malwarebytes Anti-Malware stopped updating it's out of date database a few weeks ago saying sometimes that it can not access the database server and other times that an update is unavailable. I have used the uninstall tool and then reinstalled Malwarebytes Anti-malware without any change in behavior. Scans before and after the uninstall find no threats. I have run the special suggested FARBAR scan and mbam-check-2.3.2.0 to generate the attached files. Thank you for looking into next steps. FRST.txt Addition.txt CheckResults.txt
  5. I have done the clean removal process and then did a new install. Still stuck on out of date database. I have run the scans and attached. Hope you have an idea. Malware bytes has worked previously but not the last couple of months. CheckResults.txt FRST.txt Addition.txt
