Quick question after i used the solution, i get a .ini notepad file that pops up when i start my computer. Can i get rid of that?

Hi all, I've been having an issue with Malware for a while now. Every time I think that I have successfully removed it, it happens to come back. I've run Malwarebytes, after a while it just stopped showing me what the issues are. Usually it would come up as Trojan.FakeAlert, and 3 related to YouTV.link I've ran FRST64.exe ad attached you'll find the txt files. If anyone could help I would really appreciate it.
