  1. Thanks, @AdvancedSetup. I made many of the exclusions/adjustments you pointed out. For startup configuration, I used the program autoruns.exe to uncheck the undesired programs/services. However, startup is still slow. Please see if a script would be helpful. I attatched the new Farbar logs for your analysis. Thank you. FRST.txt Addition.txt
  2. Hi, @AdvancedSetup I will proceed uninstalling the software and startup services you mentioned. Some questions: How do I remove S3 cpuz134; \??\C:\Users\Popai\AppData\Local\Temp\cpuz134\cpuz134_x64.sys [X] if it is not listed in the program list in Control Panel? I use Java to access my Bank's website. But I guess I only have the latest version of Java installed. Would that be fine? Also, I used DNS Benchmark http://www.techsupportalert.com/content/how-find-best-dns-server.htm to identify what were the best DNS servers for my region. The DNS service from my ISP providers (192.168.100.1 and 192.168.1.1) were faster than the google public Dns Servers. Also, I ran the DNS Spoofability test and my ISP servers passed with excellent protection (including DNSSEC), while Google Public Servers passed with Moderate protection. In this scenario, is it ok to stay with my local ISP DNS Servers? Thanks.

  4. Hi, @AdvancedSetup Here are the results. It is still impossible to navigate for more than five consecutive minutes. Thanks for accompanying the process. TDSSKiller.3.1.0.11_17.09.2016_08.48.04_log.txt
  5. Hi, @AdvancedSetup Thanks. I deleted Internet Explorer (Antiexploit was blocking it and it wouldn't open). I also reseted chrome. However, even after executing the script, the internet problem persists. Internet goes off, and after I either execute NetBooster tool from System Mechanic (which resets internet configurations) or unplug and replug the router, internet comes back for about 2-5 minutes. Then it goes down again (but the network adapter stays alive showing that there is Internet Access). Even though the adapter shows connection is alive, I can't navigate on chrome on this situation, though, as you can see on the print screen that I attatched along with fixlog.txt. Still don't know what is causing this instability. Fixlog.txt
  6. Thanks @AdvancedSetup. Here are the results. No threats were found by Sophos Free Virus Removal Tool. Start up time is still slow, but better. The main problem now is that I'm experiencing internet connection instability issues. After I disconnect and reconnect the router 10s later, Internet is ok, but after about two minutes, the websites show "No internet connection", despite the Local Network Connection being active and LAN adapter ok. 7. Ok, @AdvancedSetup, I'll let you know. Thank you.
  8. Hi, @AdvancedSetup. I did so (following link) and am waiting for a response. Thank you!
  9. Hello. I havebeen having a slow startup issue when MBAM is on startup. I have already used StartUpLite and no unnecessary startups were found. The only malware that has been dected is C:\_\local64spl.dll and it is on quarantine. Any help? Thanks. FRST.txt Addition.txt CheckResults.txt
  10. Thanks. It is a personal desktop computer, despite the Windows 7 Enterprise version. I aquired it because I imagined it would have better stability than the Home Edition, but if I were to buy a new edition someday, I'd change to Home Edition.
  11. Thanks for the response. Yes, I do have instaled Iolo System Mechanic and it has improved the computer's performance a lot. My main antivirus is Kaspersky Internet Security 16. Is it ok to run it in parallel to MBAM? I have not located CheckResults.txt log and neither "log set 2" location, even after extensive search on the hard drive. Should I mark a specific option on FRST to generate these logs? Thanks.
  12. Hello. I have the same slow startup issue with the software. I have already used StartUpLite and no unnecessary startups were found. The only malware that has been dected is C:\_\local64spl.dll and it is on quarantine. Any help? Thanks. FRST.txt Addition.txt
