Exactly what this community needs. A person who is knowledgeable in what he is doing who gives clear and prompt instructions. Even during stressful times when your desktop / laptop is compromised, I felt at ease when working with MrCharlie. Thank you, you are of great importance to this community.

I had a problem and didnt know what to do! But he solved it, what has granted safety to my computer.

Had a recurrent Malicious Website Blocked error that seemed to resist every effort to diagnose and fix. Had I taken my computer to the shop, this would've cost me a bundle and taken days. MrCharlie was endlessly patient and thorough, and we finally squashed the bug after two days. I would use him again in a heartbeat.
