BSOD-Device Diver is missing: MBAMSwissArmy.sys

I can't get into windows. I get a blue screen saying I have to run recovery because a device driver is missing: MSAMSwissArmy.sys 0xc000007b. Same thing when I try to go to safemode. How do I fix it if I can't start windows? Window 10 Pro 64bit
