Hi! I am trying to install malwarebytes. However, as soon as it is installing, I receiver this message. Internal Error: Failed to expand shell folder constant "userappdata" I downloaded registry mechanic hoping it would fix it, but it did not help. I also downloaded hijack this, but i could not really tell if there was anything wrong. thanks!

How to properly delete any threats?

Hi! I just ran a scan and got found some trojans, spyware, etc. I'm at the screen where it lists the dangers and then asks me what I want to do. I DO NOT want to restore these buggers. How do I properly COMPLETELY get rid of these? Do i click in "clean" and then next? Or which of the drop-down menu options do I have to use? Thanks!
