  1. ok...I'll do it tomorrow. I'm in Europe and it's getting late here but thank you
  2. Malwarebytes Browser Guard version 2.2.15 I believe it's the current version. I have a number of extensions and I tried to disable them one by one to see which one could be possibly causing problems. That's how I discovered the issue is being caused by Malwarebytes Browser Guard.
  3. Unfortunately the same problem is back. I didn't mention it before but I'm using Firefox. Browser Guard version 2.2.15
  4. I upgraded and it looks like it solved the issue. Thank you
  5. As the title says when the browser guard is on posting even single pictures on Facebook takes forever. With the browser guard off there is no problem.
  6. There are not such folders on my computer. Once more, MBAM detects only this: C:\Users\***\AppData\Roaming\uTorrent\uTorrent.exe
  7. I'm not talking about installer but about already working file and my question was why MBAM doesn't respect my exception.
  8. I created an exception for the following file: C:\Users\***\AppData\Roaming\uTorrent\uTorrent.exe However it's still being detected on daily, automatic scan. Why?
  9. Please, disregard my topic. I "Deactivated all" and then I was able to activate my license without any problem. Thank you
  10. As a Staff member at bleepingcomputer.com I have a lifetime license of MBAM. After last MBAM update it won't accept my license number anymore saying " Your usage level has exceeded the maximum volume allowed please contact support" . I created Support Ticket 2651621 five days ago and haven't got any reply since. Please help. Thank you.
  11. I have a topic here: http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/forums/t/609947/hp-envy-laptop-with-windows-81-infected-trojan-dns-hijack-dll/#entry3971524 JRT removed Last Pass extension from Firefox.
  12. Thank you As always your response is lightning quick
  13. I have another FP for the same file but in different location: C:\Program Files\HP\{AAC4FC36-8F89-4587-8DD3-EBC57C83374D}\drivers\dot4\wrapper\_isdel.exe VirusTotal scan detects nothing. File attached. _isdel.zip
  14. Farbar Service Scanner (FSS): http://download.bleepingcomputer.com/farbar/FSS.exe It's a legit tool used by malware fighters.
  15. For various reasons I'd like to see in MBAM scan log header some info, if we're dealing with 32-bit, or 64-bit Windows version. Doable?
