0s x el capitan, cannot open download

Kingston posted a topic in Malwarebytes for Mac Support Forum

I've moved MBAM-Mac-1.2.4.584.dmg into the applications folder, but when I try to open it, I get the message: "To install, drag Malwarebytes to your application folder". Well, I cannot do it because the dmg does not open, just the message pop up appears. what should I do?
