I fixed the issue. I just restarted my PC once more. Here is my second log. The first log might be okay though. What is the problem? What other steps do I need to to before I can download malware bytes? Fixlog.txt

Update: the previous file was my first try. when I clicked reset I accidentally clicked the computer while it was restarting so it may have not restarted properly. I redid the process fix process and let it restart by itself this time. However, this time my internet won't work. I can search anything on my web browser, yet I'm connected to the internet. I'm typing this in my IPhone right now.

I downloaded a proxy service a year ago. I thought I deleted it. The only proxy I have on now is the built in proxy for Opera the search engine.
