  1. Like others before me, I have automatically renewed my subscription but stll get notices that I owe for renewal and now I get a message that says the software has expired. I uninstalled and reinstalled the software twic using the renewal id and key. I have contacted the help twice and just get an auto reply tha they are busy. This is very disappointing since this product is outstanding. What should I do? srbuckeye
