  1. That seems to have done the trick. So it would seem that, at least for the betas, you need to completely remove the previous version before installing the latest. Thanks.
  2. I have followed 1PW's instructions to the letter. At 2. all the directories had gone. I am an Administrator, and downloaded the file using this account. I ran it as an Administrator. It appeared to install correctly BUT I still get the same message! I think I'll also have to wait for the next beta and see if that fixes the problem. Any idea when that's due?
  3. I am running Windows 10 Pro 64 bit. I have AmtiRansomeware version 0.9.16 484 installed, When I start I get 'Message Lost' with the text 'Unable to connect to service' And that's all! When I check services, the MB3SERVICE is Stopped. If I start the service and try to run it, AR fails with exactly the same message and the service has stopped again. Any ideas?
