  1. Thanks for this. Just to clarify, as the scan crashes my PC totally to the point where I have to pull the plug out of the wall, how will the various logs be saved? Are they created in real time, rather than after the event? If not, they will be lost too?
  2. Windows 10, Intel I5, 8Gb Ram, 256GB SSD I have just upgraded to Malwarebytes Premium 3.2.2 The first system scan caused my PC to lockup and freeze during the ‘Scan File System’ scan I had to pull the plug out of the wall. Tried again, and same thing happened. I decided to start again, so uninstalled Malwarebytes, ran latest version of cleaner: mb-clean-3.1.0.1027 It offered re-install of Malwarebytes after reboot I accepted, reinstalled Malwarebytes Tried scan again – system again froze, on different file, but same region: ‘Scan File System’ So I am now unable to ever run a system scan as it always causes my PC to lock, and needs the plug pulling. Please advise / help suggest a solution. Thanks
