Hello, In spite of your adivces (exclusions, fw settings, proxy settings ...) the licence cannot activate. In attachment the C:\ProgramData\Malwarebytes\MBAMService\logs\ y (the directory C:\ProgramData\Malwarebytes\Malwarebytes Anti-Ransomware\ is empty). OS : Windows 7 SP1. Thanks for your feedback.
