  1. I've setup a Daily Threat Scan and told it to scan every night at 11:30pm for all Groups. If the machine is off during that time, it does not scan. How do I set it up to scan at next time it starts?
  2. Management Console 1.8.0.3443 I edited the policy that I've had in place for 6+ months ONLY to select Anti-Exploit to Automatically upgrade on clients. IN the console they show that the new update has been received, but when I look on the clients, the check box is not checked. If I manually check the box, the clients update, but it seems like the policy isn't updating the clients appropriately. Rob
  3. I think there is something else going on, as overnight, I had a handful of machines actually upgrade via the policy. Most machines still aren't updating this morning, but I will watch it for a couple days. Rob
  4. So, if I did an ungrouped install via group policy, moved all the computers to their appropriate new Group, nwo have to uninstall and reinstall to do an upgrade, I will have to regroup them again?
  5. Since I do not have NetBIOS installed on my network, I cannot do a push install. I originally installed the Management Console and the created an Installation package that is delivered via group policy. This has worked for 80+ installations without issue. I just upgraded from 1.6.1.x to 1.7.0.3208. I created a new .msi installation package. I then created a new folder under the same location as the old .msi and put the new ClientSetup.msi into that folder. I then went into the gpo, added the new .msi file and told it to upgrade the other installation package. On the client I get this in the Event Viewer: Event ID: 109 Description: Application Malwarebytes' Managed Client (2) from policy Malwarebytes Install was configured to upgrade application Malwarebytes' Managed Client from policy Malwarebytes Install. The assignment or installation of the upgrade application Malwarebytes' Managed Client (2) from policy Malwarebytes Install failed with error : %%2 The upgrade will be stopped. I recreated the installation package as an .exe so that I could manually run it on one machine that had the installation from the previous .gpo, just to make sure the upgrade just doesn't fail out, and that upgrade worked. Thoughts? Rob
  6. So, in the future we need to contact support any time we want to upgrade? I'm just trying to understand the best way to go about setting up a "process".
  7. I have spent the last 45 minutes trying to find versions of the management console, Anti-Malware, and Anti-Exploits. I finally found the change logs to see what version upgrades did what, but where do you go to actually download the files so that I can do the upgrades? I feel like this has been a problem from the get go. Every other managed piece of software I have I have to log in somewhere, I find my licensing status, and then I can select from a range of version files to download. I feel like I'm being stupid and missing something simple. Rob
  8. I have to agree. I have wasted probably 2 days trying to figure out how to make this deployment work appropriately while working around some of your restrictions. There is zero need for Netbios these days, and my DHCP server disables Netbios, so I can't push install (mind you, I've been pushing installs of AV for 10+ years without issue, or Netbios). I've been trying to find out why I can't get my group policy install to install on a Windows 10 machine. This is because .NET 3.5 is not installed. You say .NET 3.5 or above, well 4.6 is installed and that is not enough. I don't want to force 3.5 on the newer OSes. Any updates to the sofware to resolve this would be greatly appreciated. Rob
