  1. P.S. 4)The definition database ver. 2016-02 didn't have this issue, the 2016-05-15(?) one has.
  2. I am having exactly the same problem with this: But after I did some tests, I think this "malware" might be some kind of precaution or something like that. First of all, "okanipcmceoeemlbjnmnbdibhgpbllgc" is the folder of "Google Quick Scroll" extension by Google, it seems not available anymore in the store, but it can be synced to any PC if you have it with your Google account. I don't know if itself is the malware or it is targeted by some other malware, Malwarebytes seemingly has determined it is dangerous. But, the thing is, Malwarebytes defines it only by the path name: "C:\Users\USER_NAME\AppData\Local\Google\Chrome\User Data\Default\Extensions\okanipcmceoeemlbjnmnbdibhgpbllgc" Means, 1) whatever files or folders you put into this folder, will be considered as malwares. 2) if you change the folder name of "okanipcmceoeemlbjnmnbdibhgpbllgc" to anything else, Malwarebytes will treat all files in it as safe files. 3) if you copy all files which are in "okanipcmceoeemlbjnmnbdibhgpbllgc" out to any place you want, Malwarebytes will treat them as safe files. So, you can see, the reason is the folder name "okanipcmceoeemlbjnmnbdibhgpbllgc", not the contents it has. I am new to Malwarebytes, I don't know if this is the way it usually takes, but I think there might not be potential damage of this issue, am I correct? Thanks.
