Hi I've a Windows 10 Home edition and unfortunately have been hit by this annoying URL redirect virus (Peletle and tradeadexchange) when I try and hit ANY URL on ANY of internet browsers IE, Edge, Firefox, Chrome on my laptop. I've tried resetting the browser settings... searched the registry entries for any instance of these 2 viruses... checked the host file for any suspicious URL entries... Ran MABM couple of times BUT to no luck. Windows defender also doesn't detect anything Need urgent assistance to rid this laptop of this annoying virus. A friend suggested that I install Avast home PC AV and recommended that I do a boot time scan... Wanted to check with the forum folks of other options. Much appreciate any help. Cheers Praveen

Hi All I'm seeking assistance from this forum to remove the MPC cleaner PUP from my Windows 10 Home version 1511 machine. I've tried various anti-malwares tool to get rid of all the Malware present in my desktop and managed to removed all of the registry files and the other components from MPC cleaner BUT MPCkpt.sys file is very annoying file and I cant seem to get rid of it. I have ESET Smart security AV and it keep popping up this malware message on MPCkpt.sys and it says it has removed it and asks to reboot each time BUT it doesn't. Any help to remove this for good is appreciated. Thanks.
