  1. Dear Sirs or Madams, My client has MBAM Premium. Scans come up clean. Her primary webmail account is AOL. She uses Edge browser to read her aol webmail. MBAM scans come out clean. I have used Windows 10 Settings to reset Edge back to defaults. Despite the reset, when she goes to her AOL webmail inbox in the Edge browser, the webpage is broken and shows the "Guce Advertising" message shown in the attached .png file. It appears to me that this Guce adware is somehow causing browser redirection. Her AOL webmail inbox does not redirect from Chrome. Please suggest what steps I should
  2. I too am having the same problem. I uninstalled the program and made sure that the 3 folders in C:\Programs files are deleted. I re-installed the program from an administrator profile and still Malwarebytes Anti-Ransomware will not turn on. What should I do now?
  3. Dear Sir or Madam, I am running v0.9.15.416 and am having the same problem. I have attached the zip files that you requested above. Should I assume that I have a virus that is disabling MBARW? Malwarebytes Anti-Ransomware.zip MBAMSERVICE.zip
