  1. So far so good on both systems. I will let you know if I get a hiccup!!
  2. Exploring further, wpxsvc was not in the Quarantine Folder despite MBARW reporting it had been put there.
  3. Hi, Thank you for your quick response. Carried out instructions exactly as shown above. The only part left after the Windows uninstall was the folder: C:\ProgramData\Malwarebytes Anti-Ransomware\ Reinstalled using Run as Administrator and it found a 'false positive' wpxsvc.exe (part of Prey) - files attached. What do I need to do to the 64 bit system to stop the temporary profile keep happening? Same as above? Malwarebytes Anti-Ransomware.zip MBAMSERVICE.zip wpxsvc.zip
  4. Here are the logs from the 32 bit system which sometimes now takes an inordinate amount of time to start up and shut down (10 minutes or so). Malwarebytes Anti-Ransomware.zip MBAMSERVICE.zip
  5. Hi, Using the program and 2 systems (Thank you) and have problems with both systems sometimes not loading the correct profile, instead a Temporary Profile is generated. One system is Windows 7 Professional 64 Bit and the other Windows 7 32 bit. Reading through the Forum, I can only add that both systems are using Avira Anti-Virus Pro. This occurs 'about' every other time. The systems are on a small personal network, but are not in a domain. Attached are files from the 64 bit system. I will add the same files from the 32 bit system shortly in another post. Malwarebytes Anti-Ransomware.zip MBAMSERVICE.zip
