  1. Forgot, I have win 7, 64bit, Antimalware Premium. I have a FRST 64 from a few weeks ago. I did perform an image restore but I thought it was ok. Evidently not. I just ran the FRST program scan and attached are the results. I hope this was ok. Any help much appreciated. pos FRST.txt Addition.txt
  2. I can't find my previous string where I had all sorts of problems, but my HP 1050 J410 printer only prints partial page, just a line or two and then stops printing. Printer also acts weird after powering on. Power on, First print, popup says printer jammed, so I cancel printing. When I unplug, then plug in the printer power cord and usb, power on again, the printer works just fine. Malware again? Help much appreciated. pos
  3. I am a little late getting on today. I just performed a "reset" of Firefox and will see how things go today. Will report again later. Thanks again Kevin. Hope you have a safe and great day today. pos
  4. I understand Kevin, pretty late for you, and getting about that time for me as well. I am having outbound block multiple times again this evening. I cannot find a website or email to send to high winds network group. I saw this when my Malware blocked an outbound; says c:\program files\Mozilla firefox\firefox.exe Does that help or mean anything? Thanks. pos
  5. I looked up the ip address and found all bad. Here are the Addition.txt and FRST.txt from the scan. I hope I got it right. I have to leave now, 6:40, but will be back 9:45pm or so. Addition.txt FRST.txt
  6. Hi Kevin and thanks for your reply. I counted 36 outbound attempts in about 1 1/2 hours, from ~10:40 am to ~12:22 am this morning, and then stopped. Attached are the last 3. A hwc.txt B hwc.txt C hwc.txt
  7. Earlier today I had many outbound blocks of "cds.a2w5j2z3.hwcdn.net" by premium Malware Antimalware as a potential threat. I checked the internet and "hwcdn.net" seems listed as a problem in general. Now I am not getting any outbound popups blocked, even though my premium lists nothing quarantined. Should I be worried? Thanks. Pos
  8. I lost my Malwarebytes desktop icon, went to program and features and no malwarebytes listed. So I downloaded and installed Malwarebytes anti virus and now all is working ok. Don't know what happened. Sees the key and ID just fine. Will start computer tomorrow and see how it acts. Thanks for your time and efforts exile. Much appreciated. pos
  9. Downloaded it, and attempted to run as administrator. It says it was unable to launch successfully, please try again. I tried again and same result, cannot launch. pos
  10. I have not seen my Malware anti perform and so I opened it manually and see that I needed to activate it again. Upon entering my ID and Key, clicked enter, and got this message. Network settings Unable to contact licensed server. Check your network settings or contace your system administrator. I clicked "OK" and this message popped up. There was a problem validating SSL certificates. Please launch internet explorer once and then try the operation again. I did and the same problem exists. So I attempted this 3 different times with no improvement. All my other programs open and work fine. Thanks for your time and expertise. pos
  11. I have firefox which eats memory and cpu over a 2 hour period, especially when watching an online movie. It gets so bad that it locks my computer, sometimes I cannot even open taskmanager, so I have to just reboot my computer. Is there a version of firefox that did not have this problem? With that said, I have read and heard that other browsers use much less cpu/memory. However, I have also heard that Chrome and Safari lack of privacy, with Google and Apple capable of gathering ones personal information. I have also heard that Opera has problems downloading webpages because webpage designers don't check with Opera. Is any of this true? Thanks for input. pos
  12. Completely shut power down and now powered up. Started Malware Antimalware and no error message. I don't know how you do it, all the lines of code and you figure it out in a day or two. All I can say is thanks. Have a great week and stay safe. pos
  13. Yes, here is the Malware Antimalware log in .txt pos Malware Anti Report.txt
  14. I ran frst64 and the fixlog is attached below. I did run into one problem, for future reference, that I lost my IP, Subnet Mask, and Default Gateway, but these numbers were easy to restore since I already had instructions and values before hand. No sweat. Good news! I just opened my Malware Antimalware Premium and the error message is now gone. Thank you very much Advanced Setup. Much appreciate your time and expertise. Do I need to do anything else, besides backing up my harddrive? pos Fixlog_15-09-2020 14.42.54.txt
  15. Here is the file you requested Advanced. Thanks for your time and expertise. Much appreciated. steve MTB.txt
  16. Here are the files requested. Scan Report.txt AdwCleaner[S00].txt FRST.txt Addition.txt
  17. Yes, the error is still showing. Does the error reduce the function of the program? I was able to delete Chrome, Norton, and Avast. I don't know if Java is used by any of my programs, so I did not delete it. Last addition of Malwarebytes premium seemed to worked fine until this latest upgrade. I am not sure what the error means and if it really matters? Cheers and thanks for your time and efforts.
  18. I don't know much about computers, but I see Chrome listed. I never ordered Chrome. Can we delete it as we work on my issue? Google Chrome: C:\Users\Owner\Downloads Thanks for your time and efforts. pos
  19. Here is the file Trusted Advisors. Much thanks. mbst-grab-results.zip
  20. Hello Gents. The other day, I opened Malware Antimalware and a message popped up stating "Unable to contact License Server. Check your network settings or contact your system administrator for help." I am not sure what that means. Do I have to completely remove the program, or is there another fix? I am running win 7 ultimate. Thanks for your time and help. Pos
  21. I am sorry Nasdaq. Yes, I clicked restore and "libraries" came back to normal. I restored "libraries" before repairing my computer with fixlist that you gave me. The fix went very smoothly. Yes, all appears to be working fine now. I mentioned all the problems to ITV-3 support, and I thought that my computer has been hacked for some time. Anyway, no problems so far. All seems to be working well now. Cheers and thanks for your time, and efforts, and patience Nasdaq. Much appreciated. pos
  22. One other bit of information. The other day, before the Malwarebytes fix, I booted up the computer and my entire "libraries" section was gone. I found it in the recycle bin. Along with that another icon was in the place of the "libraries" icon. But your fix seems to have things up and running. Will check in every once in a while with status. Cheers and thanks again. pos
  23. Hi Nasdaq, After running and obtaining Fixlog.txt, I could not get back on the internet to contact the forum. I called my server ITV-3 and they said that 66.94.196.1 belongs solely to me, the movie club was the owner of them sometime back, so the reason why the movie club came up. They gave me the same IP information as I had and you saw in the txt. I then requested a completely different IP address etc, and was told they will be checking into my request. I backed up with a System image backup after performing all the operations, including uninstall and new installation of Malware Anti-malware while it was pristine. I performed the operations you listed and results in the following txts below. I then redid the FRST to obtain new FRST.txt and Addition.txt just in case you desired such. Everything seems to be working ok now. If I have any other problems, I will post again. In the meantime, job well done Nasdaq. Sure appreciate all your time and efforts. pos Fixlog.txt FSS.txt FRST.txt Addition.txt
  24. Thanks so much for your help Nasdaq. I am going to get started, but wanted you to know I have no connection to the family video movie club. pos
  25. I found some more information. Besides finding that the 66.94.196.1 on map located about 1/2 to 3/4 miles away at the end of a lane at a Caterpillar parts facility, I also performed a google and checked my computer IP address details, and found IPv4 Default Gateway of 66.94.196.1. How can this number be in two places at the same time? I hope this info helps you. Pos
