  1. I finally resorted to Windows Answer Tech and needed to reinstall Windows 10. At least it was solved, thanks for your help
  2. I have also noticed that my touchpad doesn't scroll down, in case it is useful for the diagnostic. When I enter the mouse from the control panel the "several fingers" options are enabled but I have to accept before it works normally. If I reboot the system it goes back to the no-scrolling situation.
  3. I wanted to try the Windows refresh as the last option, because I am out of my city for 2 months and need some programs I am not able to install from here. My OS is Windows 10 Home version 10.0.10586. I attach both logs: FRST.txt Addition.txt CheckResults.txt
  4. I have followed the tutorial to run the disk cleanup and performed another MBAM analysis, this time it has not found anything. Log mbam 5.txt
  5. Here I attach the scan log. I have tried to eliminate the threats but after rebooting the same black screen appears and MBAM does not show any record of the correct elimination. Log mbam 4.txt
  6. I think it was a good idea to perform a thorough scan. I has not finished and has already found 17 threats, several of them are the same as in the first scan. I will post the scan log as soon as it finishes, is there something I need to do before trying to eliminate the threats? It seems the first time something wrong happened.
  7. I have installed every non-uptaded driver, rebooted in safe mode (and still get the black screen) and tried some recommendations for Windows 10 in case the problem was related to the OS and the black screen strikes back. I think it was a virus and when MBAM found it and corrected it deleted the corrupted file or so. I don't mean I know better, just try to help with every piece of information I have.
  8. Done. Nothing changed. I have also noticed that these last days the log on screen takes longer to load after introducing my password, just before the black screen.
  9. The one I have posted today is after uninstalling and reinstalling MBAM, as @AdvancedSetup asked me to try uninstalling it and you asked me to run another scan. When I reinstalled it I did it in Spanish without taking that into account. My graphics card is an Intel HD Graphics 4400 (it is a laptop).
  10. I have run another MBAM scan, here I post the log Log mbam 3.txt
  11. In which one did you see the registry entry you mention? I ran 2 of them and the second one took more than 15 hours, maybe it was also because of the rootkits scan. I posted it too here and apparently there was nothing wrong, I can do it once again if you think it could be useful. Yes, they are disabled for now.
  12. I have run the scan and it has not found any error. The black screen keeps appearing after reboot. This seems impossible
  13. Hi, thanks for your help. I have done as you have said and it happens the same, if I don't open the task manager I get nothing apart from the black screen with mouse.
  14. I would like the first option to see if someone can help me with this. I read some posts in the M10 forums and they didn't seem to help me a lot. Thank you
  15. No, I have uninstalled it and the black screen keeps appearing after logging in
