No, Its an $2,612 LG. Likely to be a failed compressor. Warrantee was 5 years but I had it 5 1/2. Compressor warrantee is for 10 years so it will be free, but it will cost $600 - 650 to install. I ran the Dell driver diagnostics and it says up to date. Strange, because when I downloaded drives last time I only selected the ones that indicated important, and left the others behind. I uninstalled a number of programs I don't use. Also: = keep == I think it is intended by DELL to always be running to optimize resources. HKLM\...\Run: [DellPoaEvents] => C:\Program Files\Dell\PPO\DellPoaEvents\DellPoaEvents.exe [21496 2013-02-08] (Dell Inc. -> Microsoft) = Remove == I don't use roxio. HKLM-x32\...\Run: [RoxWatchTray] => C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Roxio Shared\OEM\12.0\SharedCOM\RoxWatchTray12OEM.exe [240112 2010-11-25] (Sonic Solutions -> Sonic Solutions) = remove == HKLM-x32\...\Run: [Desktop Disc Tool] => C:\Program Files (x86)\Roxio\OEM\Roxio Burn\RoxioBurnLauncher.exe [514544 2010-11-17] (Sonic Solutions -> ) = I updated EaseUS Partition Master to the current version. HKLM-x32\...\Run: [EaseUS Cleanup] => C:\Program Files (x86)\EaseUS\EaseUS Partition Master 11.9\bin\CleanUpUI.exe [1243328 2016-09-20] (CHENGDU YIWO Tech Development Co., Ltd. -> CHENGDU Yiwo Tech Development Co., Ltd.) [File not signed] = I left a post in the Netgear community about this. So far, nobody knows except that it might control the printer. HKLM-x32\...\Run: [NETGEAR USB Control Center] => C:\Program Files (x86)\NETGEAR\USB Control Center\Control Center.exe [4114944 2013-07-29] () [File not signed]

I deleted one of the duplicate audio drivers with the delete key. Then restarted the PC. Now I can correctly switch between headphones, the USB Poly P3200, and the sound from the Viewsonic monitor. I did this through the Zoom client. Is there a setting to make that choice or default when I am not using zoom? For example, using Youtube. Here are the new logs: Addition.txt FRST.txt

No threats detected by Malwarebytes or Kaspersky. AJC was a trial version that I hadn't used so I replaced it with the current download. Downloaded and ran PatchMyPC: Updates: calibre 64bit - 5.9.0 -->5.17 LibreOffice 6.3.6.2 -->7.1.3.2 OpenOffice 4.1.6 - 4.16.9790 -->4.1.10 Open-Shell - 4.4.142 -->4.1.160 TeraCopy 3.0 alpha 5 -->3.8.2 VLC media player - 3.0.11 -->3.0.12 Updated System Bios and Serial-ATA_Driver. Video driver - tried to update but PC is not capable. Updated Audio driver - Realtech High Definition audio driver. DEL scan indicated that it should be updated. After updating that driver I lost the ability to operate my headset or P3200 USB audio device. Device manager shows audio devices twice. See picture.

This is going to take me a while. I have appointments, plus I am having problems knowing what some of the installations are for. I have 12 copies of Microsoft Visual C ++ x64 & x86 Redistributable installed. I don't use that program directly, but I don't know if it is used by another Microsoft program or app. They look like upgrades for which the older programs are not removed. How should I handle that?
