I've tried unsuccessfully to download both programs to my desktop as directed and they won't install. I keep getting the same error message for both programs. Both say that this application has failed to start because MSVBVM60.DLL was not found. Re-installing the application may fix this problem. Reinstall and the same thing happens over and over. At the top of the box when trying to install HijackThis it is says HijackThis.exe - Unable to Locate Component I'm sure that's what it says on the Malwarebytes box as well. I have no idea what is going on. My virus program is up to date but now my firewalls and apparently my virus program is shut down. It appears that MCAfee OAS is working but I tried to enable firewalls and can't even from the control panel. Help!
