Google Chrome block with new Trusteer Rapport

I am having the same problem with Chrome not opening on my Windows 7 PC. Here's the error message: and I've attached the zip of my MBAE folder. I'm running V1.08.1.1189 and this problem has only just occurred. Also tried uninstalling and reinstalling Chrome but to no avail. mbae64.zip
