  1. I have just purchased two more licenses for two years as per your suggestion. Your assistance was highly appreciated. Take care
  2. Thanks again. Can I purchase the additional two licences via my Malwarebytes online account?
  3. Hi Thank you for your reply. I have three machines in my household. My concern is that I will deactivate the other two machines in the process (which will be counter productive). Q1. Am I allowed to use my lifetime license on three machines, all owned by me? Q2. Is the attached screenshot the button I am supposed to use to deactivate all licenses?
  4. Hello Malwarebytes Staff Can you please tell me how I should go about deactivating it on my machine as I have re-installed windows on the same machine?
  5. Lifetime license - The usage level has exceeded the maximum installations allowed. There is a problem with your license key and we are unable to activate your license. Please select one of the following actions: Deactivate other devices
  6. Not compatible with Process Lasso - causes PL to use very high CPU.
  7. I reported high CPU usage to Bitsum less than 24 hours ago. They were very quick to reply and explain the issue I am having. From my understanding the culprit appears to be Malwarebytes Anti-Ransomware BETA. I suppose this is to be expected when dealing with a BETA product. I am just glad to understand that my Process Lasso is in fact working in the same way I have known to trust it for many years as soon as I 'Stop Protection' using Malwarebytes Anti-Ransomware BETA. I hope to see a solution to this problem soon as both are important tools on any machine.
  8. From my understanding of the above the problem lies with 64b machines only
  9. How to post your MBAE and FRST logs? Can't find instructions in the readme first link in your signature...
  10. Malwarebytes Anti-Exploit ( version 1.08.1.1189) IS NOT compatible with latest Trusteer Rapport (Banking Security) using Chrome Version 49.0.2623.110 m. You will have to choose between the two. Most people, I would imagine, will uninstall Malwarebytes Anti-Exploit ( version 1.08.1.1189)
  11. ...continued - Someone else might rather choose to uninstall Malwarebytes Anti-Exploit ( version 1.08.1.1189). I suspect that either way it will solve the problem. Clearly the two aren't compatible whilst using Chrome (Version 49.0.2623.110 m)
  12. SOLVED - Had 100% the same problem as described above. I noticed that one person reported to have installed Trusteer Rapport (Banking Security). I too recently installed it and only since then have I received the above mentioned problems. I uninstalled Trusteer Rapport and everything is working as usual.
