    UPDATE: I was able to get both Malwarebytes and SuperAntiSpyware installed but they both crash when you run them. Also if I reboot windows won't start up about 50% of the time. Thanks Julie

    I can't install Malwarebytes, SuperAntiSpyware and can't run Norton. HijackThis starts then crashes, same with RootRepeal. I'm looking for help on what to do next. I'm running Vista 32bit. Thanks! Julie
