  1. Hi, I have still problems with the same errors, now today my computer just restarted again out of nowhere. Event ID 7000 The MBAMScheduler service failed to start due to the following error: The service did not respond to the start or control request in a timely fashion. Event ID 7000 The Malwarebytes Anti-Exploit Service service failed to start due to the following error: The service did not respond to the start or control request in a timely fashion. - A timeout was reached (30000 milliseconds) while waiting for the ProductAgentService service to connect. - A timeout was reached (30000 milliseconds) while waiting for the MBAMService service to connect. - A timeout was reached (30000 milliseconds) while waiting for the MbaeSvc service to connect. - A timeout was reached (30000 milliseconds) while waiting for the MBAMScheduler service to connect. The computer has rebooted from a bugcheck. The bugcheck was: 0x00000019 (0x0000000000000020, 0xffffe00051ba4250, 0xffffe00051ba4270, 0x0000000004020025). A dump was saved in: C:\Windows\MEMORY.DMP. Report Id: a3228d9f-cbbb-4f2c-9515-f0e804d20d46. I have no idea how to fix this, i tried everything. I think it has something to do with windows 10 update (Windows 10 Version 1511). When i installed windows and i did a sfc / scannow in command prompt i did not got a single error. But when windows updated to the latest version (1511) and i do the same scan, i get this error in command prompt ; Windows Resource Protection found corrupt files and successfully repaired them. Details are included in the CBS.Log windir\Logs\CBS\CBS.log. For example C:\Windows\Logs\CBS\CBS.log. Note that logging is currently not supported in offline servicing scenarios. After running the scan again it fixed some errors and then usually the system run just fine. But i have no idea why this problem is coming back, i have not installed new software anymore, just the regular windows updates that come with windows. It's so annoying, the only thing i can think of is to remove Malwarebytes from my computer, but i don't want that because i paid for it for 1 year. On the previous windows versions it was running fine, never had a single problem with it. Regards

  4. Hi, I have been using Malwarebytes Premium for a few years now, at the moment i'm on windows 10 home edition (version 1511 - OS Build 10586.164) Since a big week ago Malwarebytes Premium updated to a newer version (2.2.1.1043 - Database versions 2016.3.30.4) Ever since then i got random crashes in Windows 10, my computer just reboots, and when i check the Event viewer in windows for the error i see these ; Event ID 7000 ; The MbaeSvc service failed to start due to the following error: The service did not respond to the start or control request in a timely fashion. Event ID 7009 ; A timeout was reached (30000 milliseconds) while waiting for the MBAMScheduler service to connect. The only way that i managed to fix it, is to disable the Malware protection and Malicious website protection in the Premium version. But that is why i bought the premium version, so it protect me on the internet as well. I looked on google for a solution, but i did not found one. Also i reinstalled my Operation System Windows 10 home, but no luck. It keeps crashing randomly. Sometimes it is when i watch something on YouTube, or when i play a game in steam, or when i open a text document. The program start with Windows just fine, but it crashes random. I also tried to verify windows files (sfc /scannow) no errors found on here. Sorry for my English, i'm French Regards
