  1. Many thanks for your further clarification. I must admit that I had assumed all apps in the Mac Store were check by Apple thoroughly before allowing them on the Store. Given your advice I will approach with more caution next time. Again my thanks for helping me on this.
  2. Many thanks. I decided to follow your advice and remove it from my Mac.
  3. I have tried to install an app from the Mac Store, but Malwarebytes for Mac keeps sending it into Quarantine. The app is Open Any Files: RAR Support. I understand that the Malwarebytes for Windows software allows an user to set exclusions so that the program will not send apps into Quarantine, but I cannot find similar functionality in the Malwarebutes for Mac programe. Can anyone advise? Thanks
  4. Any timescale for its availability in the UK? Thanks
  5. https://www.malwarebytes.org/antimalware/mac/ It's free
  6. I seem to remember that one of the original plans was to create a Premium version of the Mac product (Business version?) that would give real-time protection. I think this is a critical requirement as Macs become more vulnerable to attacks. Has any progress been made, any timescale? Thanks
