  1. Still have this problem, after MBARW made a false positive of "PowerDesk". How can I get an update to this program? Don't know what version I have now - it will not run. Also the False Positive link does not work. I really want MBARW to work. We live in a nasty envirnment. Help. John
  2. Hi - Congratulations. Your Beta program stopped a Ransomware attach yesterday. I run a Windows 10 Pro system on a modern PC. But it is now crippled and will not start. Error message is: "Unable to connect to service". Reinstalled it a few times. Also deleted the Ransomware folder (with a bit of effort) and reinstalled it again. Nothing works - it will not start. I really want to run your program. Can you help? Thanks.
