So I downloaded Malwarebytes today cause I wanted a free tool that could help me get rid of my malwares. I started a scan and after like 2 hours it had found like 4.000 threats and stopped responding. I clicked the window and it was all white. I closed it and of course all the scan went away when I reopened it. So I did a custom one. It lasted for like 6 hours to check the C: drive only although it took 3 to check the whole thing (crazy right). And when the scan is over suddenly it stopped working again. I'm like freaking out here. Could someone tell me why as soon as it finishes the scan it stops responding? And the second time had found around 50 threats the last time I could actually see the results (before white screen took over). The rest of the programs are alright and I had no similar thing or any form of trouble during the installation. I'm using home free version and I have windows 8.1.
