  1. No, there's nothing in the area of your red box; no "billed to", no pencil icon, nada. My Malwarebytes has automatically renewed every year for several years now, but this year, it won't do it.
  2. I don’t know where there is such a button. In all previous years, the program automatically renewed and told me how much I was being charged. This year it did not do that, and it won’t let me do it either.
  3. I am already signed up to that site. I’ve been signed up to it for a few years now. It does not offer me any way to renew. It gladly displays my payment information, but refuses to renew my license and refuses to tell me how to do it on my own. There is no button that says renew, there is no menu selection that says renew. The only option I’ve ever seen anywhere since day one, is to download the product and sign up as a new user. I’ve been using this product for many years now, and I am by no means a new user.
  4. I have been trying to renew (almost daily) for over four weeks, now, and I’m told that I will receive an email with instructions. My license expired in late May. No email, and now I am “expired”, and cannot get updates, etc.😞

  6. When the dialog box for the Anti-Ransomware comes up on starting Windows (#10), if I click the red 'X' to close the dialog box, does the program still run in the background, or does this close the program? Just curious.
  7. I'm jumping in here - I'm fairly new to MWB, and have no problems. Thanks to this thread, I've set my scan time to 9:15, when my computer is always on, and have set the updates to every two hours. If this is overkill, let me know.
