  2. done Can I ask you to tell me how many machines I have a licence for. If it is only for one please cancel the other licence and allow me to renew it on my new windows machine
  3. As I can't seem to log in to Malware bytes site I cant follow these instructions to contact the help desk. I have tried entering both of the correct numbers above and have tried to reset. Nothing is working.
  4. Hi, I had a lifetime licence on an old machine no longer in my possession. I want to deactive the licence and install it on a new machine. I am having trouble logging in to support too. I enter what I think are my ID and password and it tells me they are incorrect. I see no reset password link. Cant find a way of sending an email to support. Please send me correct details I already have my reg key
