Thank you exile360 - I just sent them a technical request which created a ticket number. Hope I'm on the right track because this new Trail expires in LESS than 12 days! Thanks again!

Hello again exile - sorry to bother I set up an account successfully. But when trying to add my License and Key recieved a prompt that stated it was already (in use) or was issued? For clarication I'm using the same machine that I initially set up Malwarebytes in approx. 2014. I bought a new system drive last year and successfully loaded Malwarebytes but had to REFORMAT again yesterday (twice). Do I need to DEACTIVATE my current license and start all over again? Could you be kind enough to provide the actual links for the appropriate pages? Avoiding the tutorials - they seem to confuse things (sorry). Am I missing something? Thanks again

Hi Gang I have a paid license for 2.0.4.1028 - had to format a new system drive (twice within 24 hours) and was denied activation for 3.6.1 'Download Trial' Can someone provide a suggestion to get activated? Will I need to pay again? Thank You

Changing Scan Settings - Confusing
Filmmaker replied to Filmmaker's topic in Malwarebytes for Windows Support Forum
Thanx Porthos - The problem was that I couldn't get back to this screen after I launched 'Hyper Scan'. Apparently The Software Defaulted back to the Hyper Scan screen and I temporarily lost the other options. I believe I had to close Malware, then REBOOT before the software started to behave normally again. All seem well now ... thank uou! -
Hi Gang I have 3.3.1 and having problems trying to change the type of Scan. I used 'Hyper Scan' (only one time) now I can't go back and locate the other more effective scans. I'm puzzled as to why software designers seem to remove tabs shifting things around, (many times actually removing useful items)? Why? In an effort to improve things? Maybe? But I don't always believe that. Thanx for your help

"OK, I can see I am not going to get the information I requested" ???? "We need to look at your Local Area Network ( LAN ) and your ISP and the service provided ( DSL, Cable, FiOS, etc ) and the Infrastructure ( topology ) of your LAN. That would include all connected devices including what Router or Modem+Router is being used to access the ISP's network." As it turns out, with my ability to finally screen capture this elusive pain in the ash pop up alert (above), it seems the information you requested above is of little consequence. You stated: "There is no information correlating what is happening on the Win7PC and the Roku media streaming appliance" Even though I'd love to CHOKE the damn beanstalk, do I understand by this you're saying (in simple terminology), the fake alerts remain 'non-malicious' and the issue in loss of connectivity with roku streaming has nothing to do with 'elasticbeanstalk' Is that correct David or Dashke? A apologize for loss of patience and BTW I regularly update the database and reboot, (these being fundamental). I'll just have to live with the loss of connection. Thank you
