  1. I just opened ticket 3029068 because I've been noticing the same issue with DNS lately, but didn't realize it was MalwareBytes related until I tracked down the separate IPv6 ICMP issue. I also have Web Protection disabled to keep that working, but I still randomly have encountered times where DNS just stops resolving. Trying to ping google.com just doesn't return anything and hangs. Not that it can't be found, and not that it times out, just hangs waiting. Closing Malwarebytes from the Notification Area allows the resolution to complete immediately and starting Malwarebytes back up keeps resolution going for now. I am using OpenDNS for my DNS Provider if that makes any difference. I attached support logs to my ticket.
  2. Still an issue here. Been having trouble with IPv6 pings and thought it was my ISP until I realized it was only my primary computer. Started turning off programs until I narrowed it down to MalwareBytes Web Protection. Just opened a support case and then searched around to find this thread.
  3. I used the download link on the website and it let me install the latest version over the top of my existing and it is still running the Free version and working now. This thread also has a link to a complete uninstall/reinstall procedure
  4. Same here. I have the free version installed but I don't see it on the website anymore. Has it been retired for Premium as the only option?
  5. Oops. This was supposed to be a reply to this thread: https://forums.malwarebytes.org/index.php?/topic/179152-officeclicktorunexe-detected-but-already-in-exclusion-list-quarantine-empty-on-reboot/
  6. Somehow I thought I was replying on this thread, but started a new one... https://forums.malwarebytes.org/index.php?/topic/179378-officeclicktorunexe-detected/
  7. I had the same thing as zappozeppo 2 days ago. Anti-Ransomware detected the OfficeClickToRun executable and quarantined it, but it did not appear in the quarantine list. When trying to start Office products, it said office was busy updating or something like that. Disabling protection and rebooting did not help it show up in the quarantine list. Uninstalling Anti-Ransomware entirely did let office start running, but now I don't have a MBAMService\logs folder to upload. I can't find the specific executable it had detected as the path was so long it didn't show it fully to me, and without it being visible in quarantine list, I can't help with that. I'm attaching my Anti-Ransomware folder from ProgramData (P.S. I thought I wrote a similar reply without the attached logs 2 days ago, but it didn't appear when I came back to post an update. Moderated?) Malwarebytes Anti-Ransomware.zip
  8. Same issue here. After a reboot, ClickToRun was flagged and said it was quarantined, but does not appear in the Quarantine list even after disabling protection. I have not rebooted since the detection was flagged yet. Office 2016 won't fully open with an error saying it is busy. Should I submit the same files, or since my issue is the same, not necessary?
