  1. Good find Dyoderi, I just checked and even with mbytes/logs cleared we were still getting flooded. Is this an okay approach Malwarebytes staff?
  2. I can't even get the console up, how am I going to match the client versions?
  3. I am using Powershell since it flies through the clients for us in PDQ Deploy much quicker. I will reduce the log retention to 1 day. Get-ChildItem -Path "C:\ProgramData\Malwarebytes\Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware\Logs" -Recurse | Where-Object {($_.LastWriteTime -lt (Get-Date).AddDays(-5))} | Remove-Item
  4. How much log submission overwhelms the MBConsole? I truncated down to 4 days, but which is 20-30 logs per machine. Should I just wipe all teh logs? I do have a ticket as well. Thanks.
  5. It's now 99% and writing to the DISK constantly for the pagefile.sys
  6. I cleared up the logs /SQL and the SC.server.WindowsService is still using almost 95% of the server RAM.
  7. Support responded at the end of the day, working on their troubleshooting steps now. Thanks
  8. I sent in a ticket this morning stating one of our mission critical Java software interfaces got wiped out by Malwarebytes and it will not let us whitelist the app. --------------------------- Malwarebytes Management Console --------------------------- Selected threat does not contain a valid payload checksum, it cannot be added into exclusion list. --------------------------- OK --------------------------- The only way to get it up and running has to been to remove the MalwareBytes suite. Can I get someone to check the ticket for us? Case#00020449
  9. That would be amazing for us too. Please keep us updated!
