  1. THANK YOU so much for your help and advice. I downloaded the "right stuff" and was able to solve my problem. Am working to get my money refunded too.
  2. Today, I purchased the Anti-Malware Pro and downloaded it. I have run two scans, but it is not cleaning up the "Personal Guard 2009" problem. I was told your software would do the trick. I looked on another website "bleepingcomputer.com" and it showed screens of your product, but they do not match the screens coming up on my computer. Did I somehow purchase the wrong download?
