Block Website action needs to be fixed please
McOwnage replied to McOwnage's topic in Malwarebytes for Windows Support Forum
It is a personal site my friend and I using to do tests and tweaks. When we find errors and bugs we make a new sub domain as we are making a tutorial so others may learn. -

I Thank you for your suggestion and understand what you are saying but that is a waste of time. The domain is in the allow list it should allow all sub domain. I mean just think that you make a folder with a bunch of sub folders that also have sub folders then want to delete the root folder and all the sub folders but the progam will not let you unless you add each sub folder to the delete command. -

Thanks for responding but the ip is not static so that does not help That is why i am talking domains and sub domains. Users have been asking for a long time to allow wildcards ie *.testsite.com but never get a clear reason why that is not allowed. If I want a doman allowed and I get infected that is on me not Malwarebytes don't know why they don't allow it. -

Just wondering what is the point of an Allow List if Malwarebytes does not adhere to it? I have the following in my Allow List WITH Exclude from all detections checked Folders C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Valheim File C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Valheim\valheim.exe Why is Malwarebytes blocking a lot of IPs when I have it set to Excluded from ALL detections? Included in this HUGH list of blocked addresses are 2 of my friends and my own IP. I love Malwarebytes, but this is really pissing me off.

Thank you for answering I hope they either take it out or put an option to not show

I am a lifetime member it seems that since Malwarebytes Anti-Malware went subscription based, I have had ads at the bottom of Malwarebytes Anti-Malware window. How can I remove these ads? I paid for Malwarebytes Anti-Malware to scan for and remove Malware NOT to see ads about any other products you have. If I wanted to see ads I would have stayed with the free version. Jamie
