[SOLVED] Error opening browser/apps on Windows 10

I just started receiving this error today and was unable to open Edge, CMD.exe, and links would not work in Outlook. I have installed the latest build that you just posted and that appears to have fixed all of my problems. If I run into any problems I will post them here.
