  1. Let me add one more:DA0.21050707.exe. I'll zip it with the others logs.zip Malwarebytes Anti-Ransomware.zip DAO.21050707.zip
  2. Here are the requested logs. Both were created using the Windows Send to>compressed folder program. Winzip creation failed due to a corrupt file. I was finally able to restart MWBARW by rebooting my PC, letting Windows update the OS with the recent changes, and then manually starting your program. logs.zip Malwarebytes Anti-Ransomware.zip
  3. I left my pc running while I went to an appointment. I started a Malwarebytes scan before I left. It completed without finding any problems. While I was gone, Microsoft installed KB907417 (updates to Word and Excel). When I got home, I saw that the microsoft update failed, and MalwareBytes anti-ransomware's status showed "Anti-ransomware protection is disabled". Clicking both Fix Now and Start Protection doesn't do anything. Any ideas? I'm running version 0.9.16.484 Thanks
  4. I can't attach a zipped version of FreeTelly.exe because MWBARW (beta) has put in a system area and prevents copying. I have an admin account, so I'm not sure why. The installer for Windows is here: https://www.tvaddons.ag/freetelly-windows/ The two other zips are here: Malwarebytes Anti-Ransomware.zip logs.zip
  5. FreeTelly is the latest preconfigured version of XBMC/Kodi, all of which are legitimate programs. For info, see https://www.tvaddons.ag/freetelly-windows/ You fixed the Kodi false positives, hopefully you can fix this one too.
  6. This program is a variant of KODI/XBMC/TVMC. It is a legitimate program, but like Kodi/TVMC, it is detected as ransomeware.
  7. This is a typical ambiguous "developer" response. Do you mean that this important user experience attribute will be included in the final product, or that it just is not being considered for inclusion in the beta. Knowing if a product is, or is not, working, is not an unessential user experience element. Thank you.
  8. If the program stops working (which happens frequently with this beta version), you can click the task bar icon and see "MWBARW is not protecting your system" (or words to that effect). Then, you'll see a "Fix Now" button. Click that button to restart the program. My point is, that the task bar icon must be actively checked periodically to ensure that MWBAMW is STILL working. If the task bar icon changes color or blinks when it stops working, then we'd have a visual (or audible: or both) indication that we need to click the "FIX NOW" button. Without such a clue, our computers are not protected, and we don't know it.
  9. Right now, when the MWBARW program isn't working, the task bar icon looks the same as it does when the program is protecting my PC. The icon should flash, change color, or disappear, as a visual indicator that it isn't working. Can this be fixed in the non-beta version? Thanks
  10. Lately, MWBAMW constantly tells me that my MWBAMW client isn't protecting my machine. If I click "Fix it", it works, but why do I need to do that?
  11. The screen text for MWBARW says: "Anti-ransomware protection is disabled". Yet, the status says: "Your system is fully protected". Which is it?
  12. I had this same issue. I uninstalled, then reinstalled, using the exe file in my "downloads" directory. I rebooted, and got the same message. I rebooted again, and was prompted to install a new version. I clicked the installation link, and that finally took care of things. All is working now. Not sure why it didn't simply say "Your installed version is out of date, update now".
  13. I sent you the dropbox link in a message (via "Send me a message", in your profile.) The file is too big to upload. Ignore the comment about the Dell file. It appeared in quarantine, but it wasn't there after the reboot.
