I thought I solved this but now I'm blue screening a lot very randomly. USB isn't shutting off and on - but system keeps crashing and crashing. SysnativeFileCollectionApp.zip

I stumble upon USB not recognized complete failure. I've went into device manger then uninstalled most of every Universal Serial Bus Controller then restarted. And it doesn't help just ends up failing again. Device USB\VID_0000&PID_0002\5&168aab09&0&1 had a problem starting. I just nuked my hard drive installed 8.1 and upgraded to 10.. I had some kinda of worm virus.

computer seems to be acting a bit strange, cpu usage and everything else seems used oddly too much when idle. Possible virus or malware. All I can find is PUP's. Combo Fix.txt attach.txt dds.txt
