  1. Engine version 1.1.0.199 looks like it has done the trick, Mimecast now happily communicating with the Windows service again. Thanks for the quick resolution.
  2. Does anyone else use Mimecast with the MSO Outlook add-in? Since switching over to Endpoint Protection, MSO is unable to connect to the Mimecast service. I have tried various exclusions and even created a policy and set Endpoint Protection to OFF, and we still get the connectivity problem. As soon as I remove the Malwarebytes Endpoint Protection agent from the PC, Mimecast is able to connect and works perfectly. I have raised a support ticket with Malwarebytes, but just wondered if anyone else has seen this or a similar issue?
  3. We are getting this as well, various clients reporting it as malware Trojan.Agent Quarantined C:\Program Files (x86)\Adobe\Acrobat Reader DC\Reader\AcroCEF\RdrCEF.exe
  4. We have a master PC that will have the latest Endpoint Security (Anti-malware and Anti-exploit) installed, managed through the MB Management Console. We then take an image of this PC (after SysPreping etc) and use it to deploy to all of our new PCs. Is there anything that has to be done to Endpoint Security to prepare for being deployed in this way? For example, with McAfee EPO Agent I have to delete the GUID from the registry before taking my image, otherwise every machine that is deployed would have the same agent ID. Many thanks Regards Simon
