It opens a "Mozilla Crash Reporter" window with the option to restart firefox or quit and won't go beyond that. FSS log is attached. FSS.txt

No, at least IE and Firefox wont connect - I can see my network connection is fine but nothing wants to load.

Still the same Firefox is back to reporting it crashed when I try to open it (as opposed to not opening at all)

No improvement unfortunately, IE still says it is not connected to a network, Firefox does not load at all and malwarebytes is now giving an error "The application was unable to start correctly (0xc000007b). Click OK to close the application."

Hello, I encountered some sort of malware/virus, I restarted my computer in safe mode and ran several scans with Malwarebytes and Windows Defender - it appears that I have cleaned off several - including the Trojan:WIN32/Patched.AP... I have done several scans now and everything looks ok but I can no longer connect to the Internet with IE or Firefox and when I attempt to open Malwarebytes it tells me DNSAPI.dll is missing. I am on Windows 8.1, I did have uTorrent installed - I have deleted all files from the uTorrent directory on my local C: and uninstalled in programs and features, I hope this is satisfactory.
