  1. I've gotten this like twice so far and that was only because I tried opening the Battle.net App while Malwarebytes is running. I'm running on version 3.5.1.2252 My Component Package is at version 1.0.391 The Update package is at version 1.0.6311
  2. I just recently upgraded to the latest version of Malwarebytes 3.0 from 2.x. However, after the upgrade I noticed that the "My Account" tab shows a different License Key than the previous one before the upgrade. I thought the licenses carried over to the newer versions.
  3. After going through and seeing all the problems 3.0 has been having as of late, I'm going to continue using 2.x until it is no longer supported. However, I just got a notice that the upgrade is available and I don't want to upgrade right now. How do I stop it from nagging me to upgrade?
  4. I was waiting for my Malwarebytes Anti-Malware Program to auto-renew today which I reinstated a couple weeks ago. However, I see a message telling me that my subscription as expired and my Protection as been temporarily extedned due to the renewal failure. Could it have had the wrong payment information?
  5. I bought Malwarebytes Anti-Exploit Premium on August of last year. Later on within that year I cancelled the subscription due to the payment method being no longer valid. Yet as of now, it is still on Premium status. What are my options to fix this?
