  4. Hi All, Whoever is facing these MBAE startup issues with 1.09.1.1403 version, can you please provide us the following: ZIP the entire contents (ALL the files, not just .LOG) of the following directories C:\ProgramData\Malwarebytes Anti-Exploit and C:\Program Files (x86)\Malwarebytes Anti-Exploit Thank you.
  5. Hi All, We apologize for all the inconvenience caused. We are getting positive feedback from our business customers for whom the earlier fix did not work. This was a very critical fix and though the first test build worked for most of you, we have had to do a lot of debug sessions with a few customers, going back and forth to make sure our fix satisfied all scenarios. We are looking to do an auto-upgrade to all our corp customers in the next week. Please do understand that to ensure the highest quality, we do need to go through a thorough internal regression testing before releasing a version to millions of our customers. Thanks for your understanding and patience.
  6. Hi Ne5 and Tandor, Can you also please send us zip files of the contents of the below folders C:\Program Files (x86)\Malwarebytes Anti-Exploit C:\ProgramData\Malwarebytes Anti-Exploit Thanks.

  13. Hi Cleatus, I am not sure if your issue was already fixed. But for what it's worth, Please open up Malwarebytes application, Go to "Settings" menu on the left->"Protection" Tab->"Advanced Settings" under Exploit Protection. In the window that opens up, uncheck "Disable Internet Explorer VB Scripting" for browsers. Hope that helps. Thanks.

  17. Hi dusharm28, I apologize for all the inconvenience this issue has caused. Since we are not able to replicate it internally, it is proving to be time-consuming to debug and fix the issue. But we are doing remote debug sessions with a few of our impacted customers and working on the fix. We will keep you posted as soon as we have a build. Thank you for your patience.

  20. Hi All, The Anti-Exploit technology in Malwarebytes is incompatible with the EasyAntiCheat service. If you are adding any of those applications as a custom shield in the Exploit protection settings, Please remove them. You can also play around with the Advanced settings of the Exploit Protection module and disable those protection techniques that are incompatible with the EAC service. Hope that helps. Thanks.
  21. 2 denotes our business product. They might be referring to the latest Business product version which is 1.09.2.1334. The consumer product version is always referred by 1 though. Thanks.
  22. 1.09.1.1334 is still the latest officially released version. So there is no discrepancy here.
