  1. Was pointed out by Firefox today that a website's security certificate was invalid - cannot verify server identity. The website seemed to be working properly a few months ago. Didn't type in any information into the site but accessed it about 3 times. Will not do so again. Sorry for the abject lack of knowledge, but is my PC at any risk? Cheers and thanks, V
  2. MrCharlie, Had some weird behaviour today. My keyboard (laptop) became disabled. I realized that I could not input any keys - even after opening the Virtual Keyboard from KIS, still could not input text in my browser window or in renaming file names on my desktop. Then, after I closed Firefox (which had been running) I could use the keyboard again. Malicious or not? Cheers, Vlad

  4. It was a game installation .exe that I promptly deleted, do not think I will be veering near these in the future as a result of this. KIS Full and Quick Scans came back O.K. without any issues. Fixlog.txt

  6. Hello, Today I clicked on a suspicious .exe file and am unsure whether my computer is infected. My UAC setting is set to default and I did not receive a notification when I double-clicked it. My computer was transferring about 30 GB of files in the background so the notification may have been slow/delayed. Regardless, I manually cut power to the computer after about a minute. Am I at risk?
