Hi, does Malwarebytes Anti-Malware covers the totality of what is detected/removed by Junkware Removal Tool? The point of this question is to know whether i should run Junkware Removal Tool in a situation where i already ran Malwarebytes Anti-Malware right before. Thanks!

Hi 1PW, thanks for your reply. The download is the correct one. I tried to run it from the hidden Admin account, but i get the same error. If i try to run JRT inside VirtualBox (Win10 x32 guest) it works fine. I'll run Windows Repair AIO and try again. Thanks!

Can someone please try to run JRT in Windows 10 x64 and verify if the error occurs? Thanks in advance!

More info: The message appears even though i right-click JRT.exe and and choose to "Run as Administrator". The user account control settings are the default.

If you wish to run without administrator privileges, please hit any key to continue. Press any key to continue . . . However, i'm using a local admin user account. The Windows edition is Windows 10 Pro x64 and i'm using Windows Defender. Thanks!

Hi, Since Malwarebytes Anti-Malware already has an option to scan for rootkits (and assuming that i select it to run), is it still necessary to run Malwarebytes Anti-Rootkit? Thanks!
