  1. Had to check this as I only use ff. Loaded IE and it was behaving oddly. Internet options appears to be locked somehow in IE, Can't access it through IE toolbar, control panel or Run command or by selecting properties from the desktop icon. But as it ran there were no signs of quicksharer popups or reimageplus redirects
  2. The restore seems to have gone OK. Though adblockerplus seems to be preventing quicksharer popups from appearing, I occasionally have to unload ABP and they re-appear. The reimageplus is blocked by ABP so even if I get a redirect the page is blank and I can easily close.
  3. Hello, THE Any news on the frst reports or zoek restore? Thank you for your help
  4. I can maybe reinstall them. Will deal with that after we solve the redirect popup problem. But would like to know if there is a recovery procedure after zoek quarantines them. What are you seeing in the frst scan? Thanks
  5. Actually there were three utilities: Audacity 1.3 Express WebPictures PC Inspector File Recovery FRST.txt Addition.txt
  6. looks like I have spoken too soon. While adblockerplus seems to be preventing them from appearing, I occasionally have to unload ABP and they reappear. zoek results are attached zoek-results.txt
  7. Thank you, THE. This last seems to have stabilized the system. No longer getting the popup ads or redirects. There is one thing. zoek quarantined a useful utility application that I have used for years without problem. Can I rename and move the new folder from C_Program Files_Utility Name to C:\Program Files\Utility Name to have it functional again or will I need to reinstall?
  8. using primarily firefox am getting reimagepluscom redirects and quicksharer popups. Can you please help?
